Smart Wheel Controler issues vs Clock spring

No Wipers, No Horn, Have VIP V44 smart wheel on 2013 Tiffin 45LP

Tiffin Tech support is saying need new Clock Spring...? I say it in the module
Series Three SM 213 rve A 1.9 software.

Have had moisture issue in bay with module

Can I take and clean the module without loosing program?

Also can I wire direct the wipers motors to get coach home...

Hi Chris, I would suspect the controller if it is near moisture, Another thing you can try is to unplug it and wait a bit and then plug it back in. Sometimes the plugs in the steering column can work loose as well. I don't know about yours but mine has plastic covers that come off to expose the wiring.
I had issues with mine awhile back and removing the plug on the controller and cleaning it seemed to fix it.
I did bypass the wipers on that trip till I got home and fixed the problem.
