Smartwheel problems

I have a 2006 monaco executive and nothing on steering column works have checked all fuses with no luck any ideas

The smart steering wheels have a "clock like spring" internally that powers the buttons on the wheel. If this is bad nothing will function.

There is also a controller for the smartwheel I think.....
