Not sure what the message title has to do with the linked article, which is about a huge EPA fine against Cat.

Guess Cat didn't get out of the OTR engine business soon enough to avoid fines. Or failed to make sure that chassis builders were not putting off-road engines into on-road vehicles.

The new Cat trucks are built and powered by International so have no connection to the EPA law suite against Cat and their OTR engines...
