Solar panel and Magnum

Anyway to check that the solar panel is operating properly thru the magnum energy mgt. system or other method. Also does the magnum have a self checking operation. Batteries have been discharging a little to fast and I'm trying to see if something other a bad battery cell is at fault.

Proper management is important to long term battery life and I am not seeing a solar controller function (doesn't mean it doesn't). The easiest way is to check using a VOM but you may well wish to invest in somthing like a Bogart Trimetric.
The Magnum owners info I could easily find
Documents: Inverter/Chargers (PSW - Pure Sine Wave)

Here is a nice and easy way to keep track of what your solar panel is giving out while at the same time checking the status of 2 separate battery banks:

Morningstar Sunsaver Duo solar control panel and matching remote panel.

I have had this now for about 1 year and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It give me the information that I need whenever I want it. I strongly recommend it.
