Solid valve extenders for 19.5 inside rear wheels
I am looking for solid valve extenders for my inner rear 19.5" wheels. The braided ones I had were faulty and wouldn't allow me to add air to one of the tires. They also weren't working with my TPMS. Before someone recommends crossfire or dually valve stems, I am just looking for a cheap, quick solution for the time being. I will probably go with the dually stems when I change the tires out in the near future.
I checked on the Dicor website and only found the braided ones I already have. I have found several straight metal extenders but I believe I need one with a slight bend in them to make it through the rim hole. Any help is appreciated.

Call your local big truck tire shop. They'll have what you're looking for or could direct you to the best source.

Wheel Masters has been recommended to me by others who have purchased the solid extenders, here is the relevant page: Wheel Masters: Valve Extenders

You should be able to do without an extension--just go to a real truck shop and ask them for an 8" valve stem--that should put it out thru one of the wheel holes. A 6" works on my 450 and I put a TST sensor on the stem.

I cannot put on new valves right now. I looked at wheel masters but the long extenders are straight and I need one with a slight bend to it to make it through the rim hole.

Most of the plated brass (soft metal) tire extenders are made to bend a little, it's one of their advantages and selling points. Call the places that sell them, or your preferred tire service tech, and ask their advice on how much they can be shaped or bent, good luck!

I put straight 2 or 3 (don't recall) extenders on mine and it added enough length to let me use the double headed inflator tool to check pressure or add air.

Ok, I was not aware of that. I'll see what I can do.

I also tried many different types & brands of valve extenders over the years on my dually pickups and our Freightliner M2 ...... None of which lasted.
I read your post and that you were not interested in the Cross Fires, but when you get your new tires, you might reconsider. Purchased the Cross Fires for the FL and paid to have the connection cables that have a schraeder valve on them so I can use a TPMS sensor on both the inner and outer dual ........ This gives me the eased of checking by the gauge on the unit as well as monitoring with my TPMS ...... this is the best and most reliable solution that I have found.

I'll definitely do something like that or the longer valve stems but I was looking for an easy solution for the time being. I went to Napa today and they had only long straight ones.

I took a different route... I took off the wheel covers before I ever left the dealer lot. I put alligator caps on so I don't have to remove them to check or inflate the tire. They are a dollar apiece. Use a dual foot gauge and you're all set.

What is an alligator cap? What do you mean by a dual foot gauge?

Alligator caps are flow through caps - negate the need to remove a cap to add air, see: https://www.amazon.com/Alligator-V2B...=alligator+cap
A dual foot gauge, or a "truckers gauge" simply has two "feet" so you can push onto an out-facing valve stem, or pull onto a valve stem facing into the space between the duals, see: https://www.amazon.com/Interstate-Pn...ual+foot+gauge. I have one of these and it's great, although with the dually valves now, I no longer need the "pull-on" foot
