Very nice job. What brand and model fire place did you use? If I'm seeing it correctly, the fire place is not under the tv dash cover, right? I looked for a stove but all seemed too tall to fit. I really like your idea and I'm trying to figure out the details.

That's a neat setup. For my mount I didn't need articulation and gave Monoprice $10 for the bracket.

It is under the TV dash cover. I forgot to say that I cut part of the legs so that the fireplace sit flat.
