What other things would you suggest we get to help with minor repairs or issues while on the road that would be challenging to find easily?

We have so far:

-extra windshield wipers
-extra DEF

When you buy a Tiffin Motor Home it comes with a 1 year Coachnet roadside service contract. Make sure your dealer gives you a copy and keep it handy. All you will need then is your cell phone and a credit card.

If you haven't checked out the Tiffin RV owners network you should.

Congrats on your new Phaeton and good luck,

Thanks for all the good suggestions. We have two things on the list so far: the volt meter thingie (Crappy Tire had them on sale!) and the duct tape. So we are $12 down, about $500 left to go! LOL

Mom and Pop to 3 kidlets,

Bought a all-in-one tool kit last year. The one that comes in a folding case and every tool has a slot. I also have a jar full of extra: nails, nuts, screws, fasteners, bolts, cotter pins, lag bolts, connectors or anything else I can think of. It has come in handy over the years....
