I have a spare tire and carry a Large Lug wrench as well as a Truckers lug wrench and 3 foot breaker bar and a 6 ton bottle jack. I also have Good Sam ERS. Never had to change one myself. I always called Good Sam ERS.

I carry...

1. A mounted spare tire (19.5") in the spare tire carrier under the motor home.
2. A torque mutiplier.
3. A long 1/2" drive breaker bar.
4. A bottle jack.
5. Wheel chocks.
6. A dirt shovel to lever the tire up onto the lug nuts.
7. A torque wrench.
8. The knowledge and practice to use the above items.
9. And a cell phone and Coach Net card if the above items fail me.

The hardest part for me is getting that spare tire back up under the MH.

Our spare came hung underneath. I keep it rotated with the other 6, so it doesn't time expire having never been used.

I carry one with a 20 ton jack and a big ass breaker bar. I will call someone to change the tire first but am not waiting hours for them to get there, I have heard of people having to wait 5+ hours and even over night.
