2007 K2 Chassis

Boy are these guys gooooood! Broke down in Jacksonville 2/25/08 ,called Spartan, got Charlie in customer service,He walked me through a few things ,still no luck, conferenced called to Coach Net ,stayed on line until he was sure I was being well taken care of.Left me his number and extension in case I had a problem. Had to have the coach towed to Cummins dealer in Jacksonville(another great bunch of guys)Repaired and back on the road the same day. Charlie from Spartan called later that day as a follow up to see that I had been taken care of and again two days later to be sure everything was still fine. What a great example of customer service. Makes me want to consider only coach manufactures that uses Spartan Chassis when looking for a new one. Way to go Charlie at Spartan! Thanks

Charlie does a great job. I have had a similar experience, with him. Way to go Spartan

Glad you posted the good. We often hear of the bad service and the good service falls by the wayside. This does make you want to buy their product.

I am very happy to hear the great report about Spartan. One of the two coaches we are considering when retiring in a few years is a Newmar with the Spartan chassis. Comfort steering,IFS,and side radiator are all a plus as well. I'm leaning more in that direction every day. Hope I can hold off until then.
