speaking of glass

My entry door glass has started the dreaded fogging and ucky look
I emailed thor as all the other glass is 100% perfect

I suspect they will not be helpful as the unit is now 4 years in service.

so I am looking for a close by place to fix the glass
or maybe a replacement window.
I found a place in searchy arkansas that looks pretty good and I know a few folks that have had em done there.
but this is an easy door window to pop out and put a new one in.

wonder why atwood doesn't have an online store

Talk to someone at Atwood or whoever the window mfg is. Let them know that:
1. you are not happy about the issue of it fogging up.
2. Other RVer's will be seeing it and it will be stuck in their head when they go to upgrade coaches.
You may find they will send you a new window and you install or pay someone to install it for you. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.

I am waiting on a return call from atwood now.
for fun i called my selling dealer.....wholly cow I about had a stroke, 650 for a new one. He did mention the guy in arkansas

I am hoping atwood steps up and works with me, I keep my coach looking like showroom clean and tidy, and it is very ugly now with a fogged window

I replaced 3 windows in my 2011 Entegra myself. Fortunately they were under warranty and the manf sent me replacements at no cost. They didn't want them back and they're now sitting in the garage. If Atwood can't/won't help, I would call around to see if any one locally is willing to try to clean them if you take them out.

thor was a no help, sans for the detailed part numbers for the door assembly

this morning Atwood, stepped up and imo a fair price for a new unit shipped to my door with butly tapes and all needed for an install

i was seriously thinking about the Arkansas guy, but a tank of fuel, plus 250 for the work sort of didn't make monetary sense, that would have put it close to 700. If I had had several windows fogging it would have been an easy sell to take a drive

a brand new window is less than half that from atwood.

so in a few weeks we will have a detailed install
