My apologies, the post has already been deleted. The confusion is that Texas has almost the same wording, but your state apparently does exempt all RV's where ours doesn't.

Lt. Dan does a Texas Class B require a driving test or just a written test?

Cheezehead, when we converted to TX from our standard NC licenses both a written and driving test were required. If you come into TX with an existing heavy license from elsewhere they may waive the road test, but I don't know.

So if you had to take a driving test what vehicle did you use and how did you get it to the test site if you didn't have a license? Oh, and thanks for your reply!
