Speedometer & Odometer

I have a 1992 Holiday Rambler Aluma lite XL 33 foot and my speedometer dropped to zero while running along the highway. My Odometer also has quit
ticking of the miles. Can anyone help me get it going again?

Hello Bill and . We are glad to have you join us here and I am sure you will enjoy the website and forum. I may suggest you look down the main forum page to find a forum on the chassis manufacturer of your coach and you may find that the answer is there. If you have a mechanical odometer it is probably just a broken cable and if you take it off an auto parts store can match it up. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.

I don't see any machanical connection to the back of the odometer. There may be a magnetic pick up some where but where?

with a 92 (mine is a 93) dont even try to fix it. if you have an iphone go to the app store and download 'speedhud.' if you have an andriod shud work too. you get speedo, odod, gps and speed warnings for 1.99.
