Spoke too soon about water pressure

Well we put the adjustable water regulator at 65 and the kitchen faucet was terrific, but the toilet was half full of water and I know that's not right. So I turned it down to 60 and now the kitchen faucet is decent and the toilet is back down. I never have had a problem with the bathroom faucets and shower, they are great, it is what it is.
