Squeaky real suspension

My 2005 F53 chassis makes a lot squeaking sounds from the rear suspension area. I cant tell exactly where it is coming from but I think it is from the rear spring mount area or maybe the leaf springs themselves. Does any else have this problem? Is ok to spray something on there to quiet it down?

Any ideas?

If you do spray things on the back end, be sure to use silicone based lube on all the rubber parts, and a good (read as not WD40) metal on metal lube spray. I use Protect from the SFR Corp-- https://www.sfrcorp.com --in the Bozeman, MT area. Expensive, but I have not found anything better.
