SSSOOO Disappointed.......(long)

Here I am, weather getting nicer and I'm getting excited thinking about all the little chores I have spent all winter reading and thinking about, planning, strategizing and dreaming of. Hey, LOOK! today it going to be in the upper 30's and maybe as high as 40! Today is the day! WOO HOO!! Let's get our hands dirty and do a little preventative maintenance to ward off some of the winter blues and to promote some more dreaming about the Summer to come!

First, check fluid levels.....radiator..still full of 50/50 mix. Generator oil? Yep, still at the full mark. Engine oil? OK, full, just like I left it last Fall. Batteries...yes, a few drops low. Maybe top them off later. Hydrometer says fully charged. Belts.....yeah, OK....... Oh well.........NEXT......

LET'S CRANK HER UP!!!! Oh BOY! Switches on......contact!...doesn't even turn over once before firing off. So, nothing to adjust here. I know! GENERATOR! Hit the switch, hold for the count of 5, and away we go....Again.......nothing to do here. DANG!

OK, I know! While things get warmed up, I'll check for leaks! After all, with 100,000 miles on the clock, SOMETHING should be wrong! Right? Well, not so much. Didn't suspect any leaks, but you know how sneaky they can be. Alas, nothing found. No leaks, no soft spots, no evidence of any water infiltration anywhere and 2' of snow has just meted off the roof. SIGH.....

So, with dreams of being able to report on a major success to an obscure problem, I am left with nothin'. Guess, I'll just lock her back up and go back inside and watch hockey and check out the forums, and dream of what things may come.........

Don't give up, somethings bound to go wrong sooner or later! Maybe you need to change the air in the tires!

Lol the other day it was 82* and I was like OMG I missed spring. I have a list but its cosmetic and some lights. Where did time go!!

And then...the next day it was in the 30s. And I was sad again cause I need it a titch warmer to do my projects.

I think I'd wait a few weeks before changing the air in the tires. Might as well get spring air rather than winter.
Trade you "problems", need to replace a transfer switch, nothing on my SmartWheel works so no cruise control, no windshield wipers, no ICU flashers. Have a new starter to install, window leaking into the front electrical compartment, the HWH air pump won't run, one window fogging up. Need to install the MagneShade and buff out some tree scratches. And.....

Don't forget the running lights

and look at your propane tank, I bet it needs the rust off and a new coat of primer and paint on the bottom.

Careful, I believe those do exist, sized in mm instead of inches...

LMAO.

You maybe also need a pipe stretcher for plumbing issues. Harbor Freight $19.99. Don't get on the road without it.

It's likely you won't need this and they aren't easy to change, but the price is right.

If you really want a problem or two, I'll (out of kindness) be glad to give you a few.
