Not sure what your need is, but when we bought the Windsor I installed the SteerSafe stabilizers just for better control in case of a blowout on a front tire. We didn't need them for stability while driving.

A steering stabilizer will not not cure any steering problems if that is why you want one. They just dampen the tie rod movement which is what helps in case of a blowout.

I installed a Safe-T-Plus on our Itasca with a Workhorse chassis and it helped somewhat with "rut grab" from uneven pavement and road wandering. It is not that difficult to install and worth the money on that chassis.

Not sure what problems you are having but a steering stabalizer will only mask a problem, not remedy it.

There are two threads that come to mind if you are having wandering issues with your Roadmaster chassis.

Here is a thread discussing the TRW steering gearbox.
http://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/stee...rw-210152.html

Here is one discussing the inherent RR8R chassis design characteristics and the installation of a Watts Link.

Lots of excellent reading between the two.

Mike.
