The leveling jack I have owned have a manual which tells how to get them retracted when the automatic system does not work. Get a manual and read about how to do this simple operation.

Will the pump run both ways? 2012 should be under warranty call manufacturer or dealer Monday tell them to send someone out. If they are power gear jacks go to their web site for problems.

I have Kwikee brand jacks and was able to get mine to retract after they "hung" by unplugging the cables going into the back of the controller keypad for about 30-40 seconds and plugging everything back up. They had hung when the battery power was interupted while manipulating the jacks.

Reply with what brand jacks you have and you will probably get better advise from someone having more knowledge.

Not sure how easy it will be to find but our fuse disconnected.... took me two days to find it and push the reset button. Then worked fine.

I think your answer is in the second manual listed by JayGee.

I do hope you get the kinks worked out, but new rigs seem to ALWAYS go through this type of stuff. Very few folks that I have seen on these forums are trouble free on new rigs. I haven't bought a new rig in a while but the last one I did buy was a TT that I took for the weekend camping, wrote everything wrong I could find down then returned it to the dealer the following week. I doubt I would ever take a brand new rig farther than a couple hours away for my first couple of trips just for this reason.

Remember, you are in this for the long haul, it will get better and you will have many great years of service from the rig.

I wonder how many times I have said that......

Hang in there Jim. Sooner or later it will work out. We had the engine blow up on us the first time out. Even that didn't stop us from keeping on RVing.
