Start genny while driving.

Can you start the generator while driving? Mine starts fine when parked but I was driving and tried to start it but nothing happened. A yellow light came on on the button when it was pushed like maybe that wasn't allowed.

Same here... usually run with dash air until it can't keep up, then turn on the genset.

I set the AC to 72 degrees and start my generator when the dash air can't keep up.

On mine the yellow light comes on when holding the switch to stop/prime mode. Once the light goes out I push it to start.

Google your specific owners manual and read what the yellow light indicates.

I start mine while driving, but always let it run 3-5 minutes before putting a big load on it, i.e. both A/C's or it will sometimes stall.

Sounds like you pressed the stop side of the rocker switch.

There is no issue with them running while moving. When you pushed the start button did you hold it until it started? If I just hit mine it will not start I have to hold it until it does.
