One further question. I took a fan out, plugged it in and with the gen running it didn't start UNTIL I turned the Heart on.
Sorry I miss your post on the fan test. Besides what deandec suggested check the breakers on the generator if their tripped. If all the breakers check ok you may have narrowed it down to a problem with the transfer switch.

If I understand what you said. Does your AC work fine when you are plugged into shore power? If so that means your AC and your thermostat are working correctly. I do not have the same coach so I am not going to be as much help as people with that unit but I will help with what I know. In my coach the Air conditioners run off of 115vac. The thermostat runs off of the 12vdc coach power. I believe that is because the furnace ignition and fans run off of 12vdc and you have to have the thermostat to run them. If your batteries are turned off you would not get any power to the thermostat so that would keep the AC from coming on. Does the furnace come on if you try it. IF you can get the furnace to come on then you have power to your thermostat. If you cannot get it on then the problem is probably something to do with the 12vdc going to the thermostat.

If they work in shore power then that changes things. Make sure they work in shore power. Turn the thermostat to OFF to stop the Air condioners and wait until they shut off. Then start your generator. Then turn on the Thermostat to cool. You will have to wait a few minutes for the Air Conditioner to cycle on. If they have not started in ten minutes then I would agree with an earlier poster the transfer switch is a good place to start. In order to further check the transfer switch. Turn the inverter off then see if the microwave will work or the TV. If neither work then the problem is AC from the generator not getting to the Coach. This is all depending on everything working with shore power. Please let us know what you find out.
