Here's the info I received regarding the fix on the heat issue:

Correction: Inspected and found the air duct obstructed. Repaired the duct system, also added another hook up to increase air flow and repaired the flange, tested the furnace system tested good.

Let em knwo if you need any additional info. Thanks!

Can you find out how they found the obstruction. How did they get to the duct work? thanks larry
