3. Shocks dampen bounce. Not sure what "typical bus bounce" is in your comment, but if you're going up and down after the road bump several times, It might be your shocks. If your shocks are original, I'd bet they need replacement. I replaced mine several years ago and what a difference it made.

1) Looking for something mainly for a tire blow out. I remember from years ago this was a big thing to install. All though I never had an issue and know to throttle threw a blow out a little steering dampening is usually not a bad thing.
2) Definitely will do that. Thank you
3) It sounds like shocks it is an 2004 62000 miles and the originals. By bounce I mean when a bus goes over a bridge that has a big dip or hump the front end tends to bounce up and down for a few times.
