Steering Stabilizer

Any suggestions on this subject? I drove through high winds the other day and it was tough to keep it on the road at times.

Posting the year of your chassis and the make Ford/Workhorse would get you a little more info.

Hi Jrf4865,
Consider the Blue Ox Tru-Center, if it is made for your chassis. You can re-center the stabilizer as you drive down the road. Being able to re-center to compensate for different conditions.

I installed the TruCenter on my Winny and just drove a 700 mile RT trip with cross winds going and coming. Made a huge difference and I wasn't worn out when I got home. A pleasure to drive now!

I installed the Steer Safe stabilizers on our coach a couple of years ago. Works as advertised. Helps keep the coach tracking straight ahead, helps with wind, and helps with road ruts.

Hi....Steer Safe installed on our Class A in October.....very noticeable improvement in ease of steering, handling.....we like the fact that it's used on school buses for blow-out protection.....now our safety back-up w/ added easy'r drivin'....simple design, works good!
