Question Steps - Level Jacks - Slides

2007 National Dolphin Ford V10. I have replaced house and chassie batteries and the steps, jacks, and slide will not work. Battery monitor panel shows house battery level (13.5) but the chassie battery is blank. All work when plugged into shore power or when on generator. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Phil & Lila! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Sounds like you might have made a mistake in wiring the batteries! Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Happy New Year!

Are you getting voltage to the INPUT side of the converter from the battery?

I check the connections and they are correct. This issue came up before we bought the new batteries. Once the new ones were installed everything worked. We made a few stops on the way home and everything continued to work. We plugged into shore power to get a complete charge. The next day when we went to take the coach back to storage the items didn't work???
