Still searching for the right coach

Greetings Everyone. My search continues but I may have found the right one for me. It's a 1994 Holiday Rambler Imperial 36' 8.3 L Cummings with a 6 speed Allison transmission. Propane generator that ours like a kitten. Diesel engine sounds good. A floor plan that I like....private. bath along a side hallway. Washer/dryer comb. Fairly new tires...batteries and breaks.

Now onto the not so good. Exterior graphics faded and/or paint chipped. Speedometer not working....seller estimates 125K miles. Ceiling sagging throughout coach....upolhstry showing it's age....to be expected. Called several shops. To determine cost of replacing ceiling....conservative estimate between 5 -7 K. Unless someone has a less expensive idea. The coach is not currently advertised it belongs to a friend of a friend but they want 13K.

Any comments suggestions or advise are greatly appreciated.

I'd find something in a little better shape. sagging ceiling could be a can of worms. for 20k which is probably the least you'll be invested in this one you could get something newer with less miles in better condition.
