Storage is in a 50 degree building. Store for 4 months. Should the fresh water tank be full or empty during that time. How about gas tank?

Empty water tank.
Have a FULL gas tank with stabilizer in it.
Take weight off tires and if possible add 20% more PSI in them, then used when traveling.
Take negative cable off both house & chassis batteries.

Yes . . . Water empty and full of gas and add stabilizer. I would also run motor and genny for a few to be sure the stabilizer gets into the carburettor, fuel pump, injectors, etc
