Storage; jacks up or down?
Having switched recently from 5th wheel to Class A, there has been a lot to learn. I've noticed that over a few days of non-use, the air suspension looses pressure and the coach lowers. For storage, better to lower the jacks and let them hold some of the weight or just let it bottom out?

I think the tires should have the weight just taken off of them to reduce having any strain in storage. Don't believe those who say that they never put them down on the dealers lot. They are selling them and can't be bothered.
It won't hurt the jacks. Spray them with the recommended lube ans wipe if you like.
Yes....dump trucks sit in storage for years without jacks. Those are different tires.

I store with the jacks down. My jacks are hydraulic so that means the lines are under pressure. If a leak occurs my jacks will be down.

Jacks down, that's how the manual says they are to be used.

Some people will let them bottom out over time (won't hurt anything) but I don't like my coach being so close to the ground that a rodent can almost reach up and touch the bottom as he hunts for an opening somewhere, so I lower the jacks before airing down (and don't air down) and just let them touch the ground, keeps the coach up a foot above the ground. As said, you'll get all kinds of opinions.

I do like several have indicated. I pull into her spot, hit the auto level, then when she is finished leveling, I lower the air suspension. That way some of the weight is on the jacks and some of it is on the tires.
BTW, some tire manufactures indicate that you should inflate the tires to the maximum on the sidewalls during storage. Just don't forget to adjust the tires when getting ready to head out.
