Stuck in campground with one jack down

This time the problem with one of my jack , I can't resolve. Can anyone tell me how to raise one of my jacks manually . I have pro gear electric jacks, I attached a picture of the control panel (panel is off).

Have you tried to put it on manual and raise the offending jack a little higher then lower?
Just a suggestion.

Is it flashing error mode? Press all four diamond buttons at same time to exit error mode. To do things manually they want you to disconnect the power plug at jack then connect extension power leads and try direct power from another 12 volt source. If it runs in wrong direction reverse leads. If nothing happens then you can take off rubber boot on jack motor, depress the release brake handle and rotate counter clockwise about 10 degrees. Now you can turn the 16mm nut. Warning they warn that jack if under load it may retract on its own. This is in the Power Gear Operators manual you should have. Good luck I have always got mine out of error mode. The brake is known for getting rusty and not working , some have luck just cleaning it up.

I just read in another forum that they disconnected the wiring harness and reconnected it on the jack giving them problems. They had as loose black wire.
One thing I also read, do not keep trying to press the retract all jacks button because it tends to make their jack fall off.
I would just turn on the power button. Touch the manual button, raise the one jack, then try to retract.
Just Google the power gear Rv jacks, try and download the PDF for the operators manual.

I had one stuck down but not completely on the ground. I got a pipe and pushed it up manually by constantly adjusting the upward angle of the bar against the jack as I pushed up.

I can't get the manual to download , I don't know what the problem is, the Internet is not the best where we are at.

Another problem is that I have back problems, so crawling underneath the rv and doing any mechanical issues is not going to happen.

Putting ours on "manual" allows you to adjust them one at a time. I think it required turning keyswitch off then hitting then holding the manual button down till it flased or something. Sorry to not be of much help but it seemed like I just tried button and key combinations till I could work one jack at a time.

Good luck.

The users manual only shows using manual mode from the touchpad for leveling, not retracting. Here are the troubleshooting tips and manual retracting pages from the manual . Hope this helps.

Power Gears website is down. That's why you can't download their manual. There is a way to raise a jack, but I cannot recall the exact procedure. It sounds like your jack brake is corroded. You can email Power Gear and they will respond very quickly . Unfortunately only Monday_- Friday. Their address is info@powergearus.com .
Here is a link to a very helpful thread re: your electric jacks. Power Gear jack problem
