One seemed to break off...Is this a urgent matter..or can it wait ?

I believe it still has 9 of 10

So I guess I'll have to have 1 welded on ?

Any competent truck or RV repair shop can do the job for you, they are pressed in not welded on. It's a pretty cut and dry type of repair.
