Suburban SW10DE Water Heater

The SW10DE water heater in our 2014 Tiffin Allegro RED is in need of replacement due to corrosion and leaking water. Stranded in Lodi, CA and nearest replacement was found at Happy Daze in Sacramento. The parts section there tells me the Model SW10DE is no longer made and/or available. Has anyone heard this before? If so, what is the appropriate replacement model?

I am shocked to hear your water heater needs to be replaced in a 2014 model. I just replaced mine in my old 2003 coach. I went with the 12 gallon model which is exactly the same OD dimensions as the 10 but is two inches longer because of the extra 2 gallons. Install was very simple.
Can't believe yours is shot in just three years. I think I would be getting a second opinion before buying new.

I did a quick search, PPL has the best price.

Suburban Water Heater-Sw10de-10 Gal Gas/Elec W/Direct Spark-pplmotorhomes.com

I've bought from PPL, good company to deal with.

I changed my water heater in 2009, at ~7 years old. It developed a pin hole leak at a welded seam. I might have been able to have it welded but opted to with new. Fairly easy to replace, slightly confined space but a pretty straight forward.
