Suggestions anyone ?

2000 beaver patriot thunder 425

Would like to upgrade/replace house batteries to AGM. I need 4 of them.

Can anyone recommend a brand, size, model number, etc.?

I want to just go and buy them and be done. I've spent two days researching on the internet and my head is spinning.

Also, does anyone have any thoughts on replacing carpeted areas with oak wood flooring?
I have lots of product on hand and would love to have it installed .. Can a carpet place install it? Is it a bad idea? There is ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath. There are two slides that would be dealt with. Is that an issue?

Thanks to anyone out there!!!

If 12V, Lifeline batteries are very popular as AGMs, but pricey. Others have used Optimas, technically I don't think they are AGMs. If 6V, it seems like Trojan is the market leader on quality 6V batteries. If your current battery bank is vented and okay for lead acid and cost is a factor, you might consider maintenance free lead acid batteries.

Whatever you choose, you should be able to get the same size batteries you currently have. Make sure you get deep cycle batteries.

IF you are not stuck on agm batteries samsclub has the cheapest price on Lead Acid batteries. I know there are going to be a lot of people that do not like them but there are a lot of people that do. I have had mine now for a year and are working fine. I just added water to them for the first time and we have been living in our coach for 5 months. I added less than a pint total for 4 6volt batteries.
