Sun shade

Got up this morning and tried to open the front sun shade. It would not go up. Got the manual out and had my son hold the program button on the passenger side while I worked the up/down button and key according to the manual. No joy. Still stuck in the down position. I have a 2017 vista. Any ideas?

Did you try to start the rv while moving the screen ?
Ours lost it's mind when I tried to do that :(

Ended up rolling it up as far as we could manually and clipping it up out of the way for our drive home.

Went by MCD and they reprogrammed it for me...

Called MCD. They told me to contact Winnebago since it's under warranty. They could not help me. The reprogramming option did not work. ☹️

Sorry to hear that they took care of mine but it is 5 years old
