Sway bar brackets

I have a 1991 Fleetwood Southwind Motorhome with Oshkosh Chassis. The sway bar under the motorhome is fine but the brackets that hold the Sway Bar are broken. Can the brackets be welded back together to keep from buying the expensive sway bar? Help.

I am sending this link along with an explanation that you can get the brackets as a component without buying a sway bar. Prothane 19 1146 Universal Sway Bar Bushing 30mm "B" Bracket Front or Rear | eBay

You might need to buy the bushings....but it will all work out
