tag axle

does the tag axle on a spartan chassis come off the ground when dumped???

I've seen some DP's with a second switch that will raise the tag off the ground

What year and which Spartan chassis? At least some of the newer ones automatically lift.

You might want to inquire with Spartan for your particular model.

I believe most all can dump the air, but probably only the K2 or K3 actually lift the axle.

It could also be a coach builder's spec.
