With the 60/40 proportioning valves, the tag had 65 psi and it was carrying 9200#. With 38 psi in the tag, it carries 5200#. This dropped the steer from 15,300 down to 14,600#. That's a nice safety weight for the 15,600# combined rating of the steer tires. As you found, it also brought the drive axle up to near 20,000# from close to 15,000. A much better weight distribution.

Our pressures/weights match almost exactly, although my steer axle is now 14,920# with full fuel and water, baggage plus 2 pass, and an empty front bay. Prior to valve mods, I had a weighing of 15,800#. I'm still planning to upgrade steer tires soon for an extra safety margin, and probably the 9.0" wheels when I hear from Gary Harris on the model#. A little surprising you are weighing less, as I thought the 1.5 bath versions were a little more front heavy.
