With the 60/40 proportioning valves, the tag had 65 psi and it was carrying 9200#. With 38 psi in the tag, it carries 5200#. This dropped the steer from 15,300 down to 14,600#. That's a nice safety weight for the 15,600# combined rating of the steer tires. As you found, it also brought the drive axle up to near 20,000# from close to 15,000. A much better weight distribution.
