I was just getting ready to post a new topic when I saw this one. I agree with ever one above but have a slightly OT question.

I have the ultraleather interior and the couch has a blue ball point pin mark on the seat. I have tried almost everything I could find and at least
a dozen or so possible solutions from google and a few blogs and I still have the mark on the seat.

Does anyone have an idea how to get the mark off???

Ultraleather™, Brisa® and Ultratech 7000™

Ballpoint Pen Removal Instructions

1. Wipe the stain off with ethanol (rubbing alcohol)

2. Prepare a solution of 50% non-chlorinated bleach, 50% water.

3. Place a thin line of tissue over the ink stain.

4. Apply the non-chlorinated bleach solution to the tissue. Be sure to not over saturate the tissue.

5. Cover tissue with polyethylene film (Plastic Wrap) to prevent the non-chlorinated bleach solution from drying.

6. Check on stain repeatedly.

7. Do not leave the non-chlorinated bleach solution on for more than 1 hour.

8. When the stain looks almost gone, remove the tissue and wash the stain with water.

9. To neutralize the bleached area, place tissues on the bleached area and apply 15% hydrogen peroxide solution.

10. Leave on for 30 minutes, then remove the tissues.

11. Remove the peroxide residue with water.

While the foregoing instructions have proven to work in many cases, especially in which ink stains were found early, we cannot guarantee that all stains will come out in every situation.

I'm confused by these instructions as the non-chlorinated bleach I have IS hydrogen peroxide. Is there another kind of non-chlorinated? What's it made out of? I'd find out before trying this method.
