Taking out valance

I have a 2004 Fleetwood Discovery 39 L. I am looking to take out my windows to clean them from being fogged up. I have a repair kit from Dave Root RV. I need to know how to take out the valance's to get to all the screws out to get the window out. I have not seen any L-brackets or screws in the valance. Any suggestions on how to get them out.

I had the same question when replacing the factory sofa in my 2016 Bounder with one that had a much higher back and having to remove the valance so the sofa would recline. After much searching I found two screws inside the top of the valance and one at the very bottom toe screwed through the valance into the outside wall that had been tightened so much that the screw was actually pulled through the material and could not be seen but can be felt if you run your finger over them. Hope this helps.
