Tankless water heater

We have a tankless water heater on our 2014 Charleston motor home and every time you turn on the cold water the heater fires up. The factory said its due to air in the water lines but I've ran hundreds of gallons of water threw the system and bleed every line including the washer and it still does it. This happen last year but went away but now it's back??? Any ideas

We had a Girard 2nd generation tankless system...replaced it asap. Happy with my conventional hot water tank.
Purging the lines of air was one of the trouble shooting techniques....sorry wasn't able to be of more help....unless you replace it.

Good luck.
