Smile Tci Tire service center, Olive Branch, MS

Wanted to let everyone know about the GREAT service I received from TCI in Olive Branch, MS. I went in to get an alignment (Come to find out my MH was WAY out, the tech was shocked my tires were not torn up). And ended up waiting over two hours for the Tech to return from lunch. TCI didn't like that I sat around and thus at check out they said "no charge." I was surprised, offered to pay anyway and they said my money was no good. Next time I need tires, they have my business. They are at US HWY 70 exit 1 in Olive Branch.

Same kind of experience with TCI here in Auburn,MA. Very professional and when it came time for tires, they gave me an outstanding price. I believe there are TCI locations in many states. Worth a look.

Another vote for TCI. We had a front tire that was wearing bad as it had lost a balance weight. We were in the RGV area of Texas at the time and headed to FL for the winter. I called several Michelin dealers along the way and the TCI in Gulfport was by far the best priced. Fresh tires too. They had no problem with me being there while the work was being done.

Not sure, but I think they are the primary distributor for, and may be owned by, Michelin. I got excellent treatment from them when I bought my spare. Ed
