Tecma Toilet Breaker?

I have the Tecma toilet and after turning off the house batteries, when turned back on the Toilet panel does not light up, I tried to reset the breaker in the battery compartment, has a 40amp push button, it will not stay in, I did check the power and it seems to have power. Is there another fuse or breaker somewhere else. It does work off 12V. Any help out there.

On ours, the panel next to the toilet does not light up until we press one of its buttons. Also, after a prolonged period on non-use, the Tecma panel lights go off even while the coach and chassis batteries are still on. They light up again upon use.
