Completed my awning lock install this morning. I had the lock for a few months and it kept moving down on my to do list. If i knew how easy and quick the install was i would have done it sooner.

Great instructions that i only made one change to. To locate the hole to drill into the roller end his instructions were to draw 4 lines on the roller while the plunger rests against it at n, s, e & w then draw an X from those lines to get center.

What i did was put a dab of paint on the plunger tip and release it leaving a dot of paint exactly where i needed to drill the 3/8 hole on the roller. Worked out perfect!
