We have a 2012 Winnebago Itasco Sunova 30A. 21,000 miles. We bought it in 2015 with 10,000 miles on it. We just don't use it enough so we are thinking of selling it. I looked up the NADA value...it gave me a price that was exactly the same as the MFG's suggested base price from 2012! What other sources are there to help arrive at a fair sales price.

So you think the NADA value is too high? Just ask less. End of problem.

I just entered your info and it came back $60k low retail to $73k high retail. Are you sure you entered info correctly? Maybe you just entered info and it gave you basic info, not value.

Is there a depreciation authority? Is that an accurate way to arrive at a selling price. I have found 1 motorhome (in Fla, I'm in Az) that appears to have standard features like mine. We have $15,000 in upgrades.
