Thor Outlaw-Self Leveling Jacks won't raise

We are having a problem with our recently purchased 2018 Thor Outlaw 37RB. The self leveling jacks will not respond at all. The control panel is flashing on the left side low battery, parking brake on, etc. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Short term solution if you are stuck may be just releasing the park brake and putting it in drive and see if the auto retract kicks in.

We have had that two. FIRST check your FLUID LEVEL in the front, its hydraulic fluid. Make sure its full. There are breakers to that you have to check. See if the pump is getting power and then make sure the pump plastic container has a full load.

Thank you, we will definitely check the hydraulic fluid and pump!

If all your lights are flashing you need to reset the controller. Try pressing (and holding) the four direction arrows at the same time. Some panels have a different reset procedure which should be in your manual.

I don't believe you can check fluid level with jacks out. Fluid should be low in that scenario.
