Like I said in my previous post my info was based on 2014 when we bought our Canyon Star. But I will tell you that if we ever buy another MH it will be a Newmar based on our experience so far. We are very happy with the quality.

Sorry I just read that you were asking a specific poster, I thought it said "Hey Guys", but this is still the way I feel.

Now that you say that, I believe it was a left over 2015 I looked at? Did they make some changes in 2016 (aside from the triple track slide system?)

Without a doubt Newmar. I have friends that purchased a Thor Product. Just from their own experiences, and I'm partial to Newmar.

To each their own. I find her adorable and enjoy the videos. I am sad to see they are leaving the RV world for catamarans but looks like you won't be losing any sleep over it! LOL

This is a great thread and something I was just thinking about today but comparing a Tiffin Allegro 36LA to lower end diesel pushers. I am still 5-8 years from retirement so still have time to figure out what works for me.

Hold the press, It's not as I thought!

That you can get a Canyon Star and Palazzo for about the same price is not correct. After getting some actual dealer prices I'm finding that the Thor Palazzo is more like $20,000 more than the Newmar Canyon Star.

Maybe I'm drinking too much coolaid, but I can't see buying a bottom line diesel for a top of the line gas coach and paying $20,000 for the privilage.

I've heard from too many Newmar gas owners to know that Newmar makes one fine gas coach. I think I'll keep my $20,000!
