Thor parts such as ladder

I have broken the ladder on my 2015 Thor Challenger. I can't find any place online that sells Thor parts. Do I need to go to the dealer to order?

Been there did that. Mine has a mfg sticker on it "topline" with their number (800) 653-0605. Check to see if there is any on yours and if not, Topline makes a universal ladder.

Call Thor Service and ask for parts. Give them your VIN and they will tell you the part number and the manufacturer. However, in our experience the manufacturer may be OEM and won't sell directly to you. How stupid are those ladders that extend lower than the bottom of the MH!

A call to TMC customer service will give you the part # for any part on the RV...some are 3rd party parts (lots are from LCI), some are TMC built.

But TMC does not sell factory direct...not for Parts, not for RV's.
You must go to a retailer for everything (brick/morter or on-line, your choice).

Best luck
