Around 2007, Tiffin went to a 1-piece fiberglass roof. Previous roofs were fiberglass on the top and curved aluminum down over the sides where the edges meet the sidewalls. All Tiffins, not just the Allegro RED, had potential problems with cracks in the roof rails (the curved edges of the fiberglass that used to be aluminum) from the time they first started using 1-piece fiberglass up until around 2012.
If you get cracks, the fix is to cut away the edges and replace them with aluminum the way the roofs used to be. The problem has now been supposedly fixed permanently by going to a different resin in the fiberglass around 2012.
Climb up on the roof. If it looks like the photo below with the extra seams along both edges, the roof has been repaired and you should be good to go. If it is all one piece, inspect carefully for cracks.
