Tiffin Breeze MaxxForce 7 Question

To me it seems like the valves are noisey on my Breeze. I am asking because I am not sure. 2700 miles.

All diesels clatter, don't they?

I took my (first ever) diesel into a shop asking about the clatter and the tech said, "What noise"?

Re:noise

This is my 3rd diesel RV. And I drive a diesel VW. Maybe it is just because it is a V8 Diesel.

Thanks

Is the performance OK? Could it simple be related to the acoustics of the engine compartment amplifying normal valve noise? Have you been able to compare the sound to other similar engines?

I think performance is good.
One diesel was a V 6
Another a straight 6
This one the V8

You found be right.
