I just bought a 2008 Phaeton and one of the big reasons is how well Tiffin took care of me on my previous coach. I had bought a USED out of warranty Allegro Bay and Tiffin even fixed some stuff on it that was LONG out of warranty. They said those kind of things just should not happen and they wanted to make it right.
That is first class customer service and I did not have to call Bob or do anything heroic. It was jsut one of the guys in Service that arranged it back then.
My 2008 s6 QSH Phaeton with the new ISC360 Cummins is a dream to drive and I feel like they have a great product.
