Time to Upgrade the Horn on Bounder

I've got a 2014 Bounder 33C and have put about 6,600 miles on it thus far and the only thing I find lacking is the level of noise coming from the horn set. I'd tired of being cut off by the cars either passing in front too close or entering from the on ramp and just cutting in front to get on the freeway.

What type of horns have you put on the rig and I'm considering both air and non-air horns ? Looking for a horn that will wake them up and tell them to not to be stupid !!

I want to "remind" the other drivers that just because you are in an RV that they should provide proper space to others and don't throw common sense out the door when merging !!

Thanks

But think of the fun you could have parked near a train crossing....

I put those in our Discovery, fortunately haven't had to use them yet.

If he wants louder electric horns, then visit any West Marine store, they have selections of fairly loud boat horns.

Hornblasters; I love it It really doesn't matter what type of air horn you have, some people will always cut in front of you.

Actually I think a belt fed 50 cal. would solve your issues. I just haven't figured out how to aim it yet from the driver's seat!

I bought these at Farm and Fleet for about 35.00 and they work great and are plenty loud. Made the DW jump when she walked in front of the MH and I let her have a good blast! I mounted them behind the grill so they're out of sight but are aimed at the enemy.

Google for Wool Bad Boy and Bad Max horns. Launder than stock, most models direct replacement for stock with just a little work n

I replaced my Ford horns with the Bad Max. It's better, but not the effect I had hope for.
