I've been told you can suggest new Smilies.

I used to save all my "Thanks", but my inbox got full.

Speaking of Smilies, How come I have to enter bow to display whistling. That's not the only one that is messed up. There are also some with the same display in the Smilies page, but different names. And they call it a software upgrade.
