Tire prices in SW Florida

I have a out the door price for (four) Michelin XZA-2 Energy tires 275/70/22.5. Price includes tires, tax, mounting, machine balance, and new stems. Does anyone know of a better price in the south Florida area? This is using the FMCA Advantage program.

Re: Tire price post

If I had posted the price that I was quoted my post would have made more sense. $ 2400.00 for the four tires out the door. Sorry about that.

Just left Ft Myers and have been pricing tires through the FMCA program for Michelans. I bought 275/80/22.5 @ $537.00 plus tax and mounting. Beat everyone else by at least $100 per tire. Got them at TCI which is owned by Michelin

Don't know how desperate you are for tires or whether you are leaving on a trip, but last year when we were looking for towd tires we discovered that tire pricing is regionalized and Florida seemed to be among the highest. We found tires in the Midwest (IN) for about 60% the Florida cost and 22.5" for the motorhome were about the same percentage.

Of course, it is probably not worth a special trip of several hundred miles, but if you are it might pay to at least call some places along the way.
